We're raising the standards of logistics technology. By installing, deploying, and managing logistics tech and providing always-friendly customer service — we’re making fleets and everything they work with safer, more efficient, and sustainable. Level up your status quo with fssGO.
We know what you're thinking — you recognize us from somewhere. We get that all the time. We started as
Federated Service Solutions, a better way to approach enterprise network and IT needs — focused on the customer. As FSS has grown, so have the needs of our customers. Today, the network goes far beyond the retail or office space. It's on the road and so are your most valuable assets. fssGO is built on continuing to deliver our unmatched customer service to the places you're going now and in the future.
Dedicated to engineering solutions for customers, the fssGO team is a group of IT, logistics, and network experts who see your company’s big picture — your goals and the steps it’ll take to get there. With decades of industry experience, we don’t force your business to fit to technology, we help logistics technology solve your biggest challenges.
The good stuff that gets us out of bed and keeps us working — not until the job’s done but ‘til our customers’ problems are solved.

Partner Spotlight: Duke Energy
Duke Energy, a 28,000-employee, Fortune 150 company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is one of America’s largest energy holding companies. Their electric utilities serve 8.2 million customers and their natural gas unit serves 1.6 million customers across the Southern and Midwest United States.
The Opportunity
Duke Energy requested we install over 800 Vehicle Gateways across 16 sites sequentially — while adhering to their strict security protocols which prevented us from utilizing our standard form of communication while we registered and paired vehicles to the Samsara Dashboard.
The Result
As a sequential workflow, we monitored our Technicians' progress to keep constant communication with Duke Energy and notified them when our Technicians would arrive at the next site. We even created a shared chat and spreadsheet so that field Technicians, fssGO homebase, and Duke Energy could communicate in real-time.
The 800 Vehicle Gateways across sixteen Duke Energy sites were completed on time while navigating Duke Energy's security standards.
